Hacienda el rustico in Cologne

Good service, good food, good staff, good service in a word. We have ordered filet of beef, and very good the point of the meat and the service. The wine, a Márquez de Cáceres, very good. We will be back.

I wish I can give less than 1 star, food was terrible, restaurant was empty and creepy, it was during the Christmas 25th of December when I went there and it was the only restaurant open.

Waiting time is super long. I requested as the menu suggested, grilled salmon with rice woth azafrán, no rice neither azafrán, just boiled potato! And when I asked, no even an apology, just no rice! The table besides me also teally unhappy as they were served after us and they didn’t receive what rhey ordered + meat was almost charcoal

Creepy. If I did not have to give a star to be able to write a recession at all, I would not even give a star. The ambience in the courtyard is beautiful and quiet, the old trees are a dream and the fountain shafts idyllic atmosphere, which is not the Merit of this restaurant is !!! The staff seemed listless and disinterested. The food was inedible, the fries mushy, the meat tough. The cushions on the terrace are all very dirty and partly broken, the toilets unkempt. The day ticket seems to me now as a lock offer on which we are unfortunately fallen for . Unfortunately, I can not recommend it and will certainly not eat there again. The farm is recommended to linger, the restaurant unfortunately not.

Lousy treatment by staff and hot beer.

The beer is delicious. However, the food is very expensive, you should come before 17 o'clock and order from the offers. The service is very rude and impatient
